Tender Manager

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to handle the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities to final submission. The candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tenders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and track relevant tenders from various portals
  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents on time
  • Coordinate with internal teams for required data and documents
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and guidelines
  • Maintain records of all tenders and submissions
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and updates

Key Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of GeM, eProcurement & other tender portals
  • Strong documentation and drafting skills
  • MS Office proficiency

  • Experience in tender/bid management
  • Good communication and coordination skills
