Dehati Gramothan Vikas Samiti (DGVS) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of rural communities across Uttar Pradesh. For over 40 years, DGVS has worked to promote sustainable development through initiatives focused on women empowerment, education, healthcare, and rural livelihoods.
DGVS believes meaningful change begins at the grassroots level. By working closely with local communities and volunteers, the organization encourages self-reliance while maintaining transparency, accountability, and a strong commitment to lasting social impact.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Mishra
Managing Director, DGVSMr. Pradeep K. Mishra has played a key role in guiding the vision and growth of Dehati Gramothan Vikas Samiti (DGVS), a leading NGO in Lucknow focused on community development and social welfare. Under his leadership, the organization has worked extensively in improving healthcare, education, and livelihood opportunities for marginalized rural communities.
As a trusted rural development NGO in Lucknow, DGVS has implemented impactful programs in health, skill development, agriculture, water and sanitation, and support for elderly and school dropouts. These initiatives have positively impacted thousands of people, including women, farmers, and rural youth.
