Our Cross-Cutting and Institutional Development Program focuses on strengthening organizational systems, improving staff capabilities, and enhancing community engagement practices. The program aims to build a skilled workforce and effective operational processes that contribute to the long-term sustainability and impact of development initiatives.
Through regular training and capacity-building activities, program staff and community facilitators are equipped with the knowledge and tools required to implement projects more effectively. The program also promotes participatory approaches that encourage active community involvement in planning, implementation, and decision-making processes.
