HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee management, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage people effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and performance management systems
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
  • Support training & development programs and employee growth initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
    Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment

Key Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–7 years of relevant HR experience (experience may vary by role)
  • Prior experience in handling corporate HR functions is preferred
