Our approach is centered around child-focused learning and community involvement. We identify children who are out of school or at risk of dropping out and bring them back into the education system through bridge courses and support programs.
Our approach focuses on empowering women through participation, capacity building, and access to resources.
We identify out-of-school children and help them rejoin formal education through special bridge courses and counseling.
We provide extra academic support to children who struggle in studies, helping them improve their learning outcomes and stay in school.
DGVS runs community-based learning centers where children can study in a safe and supportive environment after school hours.
We provide books, stationery, school bags, and other essential learning materials to children from underprivileged families.

“Siksha Ki Raah” is a national-level initiative by DGVS aimed at providing education, shelter, food, and healthcare to underprivileged children. The program addresses the critical needs of children by working closely with families, schools, communities, and government bodies.
This initiative focuses especially on children facing extreme challenges such as poverty, child labor, disabilities, HIV/AIDS, homelessness, and disaster-affected conditions. Special emphasis is placed on girls’ education to ensure gender equality and empowerment.

DGVS also works towards adult education through initiatives like “Siksha Ki Chaupaal.” With the support of volunteers and community mobilizers, learning centers are established in villages to educate adults.
So far, more than 15,500 elders have benefited from this initiative. These programs focus on literacy, numeracy, and practical life skills, enabling individuals to read, write, manage finances, and actively participate in society.
