Qualifications:
- BA – English Literature .
- Degree in Mass Comm. (preferable, not mandatory).

- Has strong oral & written content writing skills .

- Social Media Communication: Write social media written content & create specific infographics, designs for the organization’s social platforms, blog & website etc.

Develop brand awareness and constant 365*24*7 online reputation:
- To create and communicate HelpAge’s messages, work, advocate for the elder cause and ensure overall continuity of the institutional brand and image on social media at all times.
- Monitors & manages online reputation.
- Social Media Partnerships: Look at avenues for partnerships with Bloggers, Influencers on social media to further the elder cause.
Conceptualizing & Executing Creative Campaigns on social media:
- Ideate & Create campaign content (posts, GIFs, videos, infographics, taglines etc.).
- Support campaigns focusing on both fundraising & engagement with call to action, on social media & other digital platforms such as website, partner digital platforms etc.
- Conduct issue based Tweetathons.
- Brain storm exclusive specific campaigns for a particular social media platform eg. – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Regularly creates avenues to engage online target audience and encourages online participation across all social media platforms.
- Onboards partnerships with Social Media Influencers and other institutions and stakeholders online for campaigns.
- Real time: Single-handedly Tweeting/ Instagramming stories on ground, of important DGVS events, as and when they’re conducted throughout the year.
- Social Media On-Call Trainings: Periodically conduct social media trainings as and when required, for DGVS Personnel, in call or in person.
- Mentor and supervise: interns and young volunteers who want to engage with the elder cause on their social media platforms, involve them in campaigns online.
- Constantly co-ordinate with State and program teams across the country to obtain relevant content and information for digital use. Organize photo/ film shoots, if required, to get relevant content.
Seeding Data from all Official WhatsApp Groups: Need to be acquainted with all state & program implementation teams to manage and execute updates of crucial state events, donor tie-ups, programs, grassroot initiatives etc.

Job Description:
- Achieve new raise targets (multiyear grants) by identifying, approaching and procuring funds from potential corporate donors.
- Map, assess, build relationships with, and pursue new domestic donor opportunities and international donors as required and suggested by CP Acquisition Lead, in alignment with SC India’s strategy.
- Develop presentations and customized collateral for prospective partners/donors.
- Facilitate the proposal development process.
- Serve as a bridge between external donors / stakeholders and internal teams (programming, awards, finance etc.).

- Identify and engage with platforms such as arts and culture festivals, educations institutes, digital platforms and educational institutions for harnessing the youth engagement, campaign engagement and aiding fundraising.
